A respected leader and innovator, Bridges gained his initial experience in Germany with the pharmaceutical division of Degussa, where he worked in ethical pharmaceutical marketing and sales.

From Germany, he was transferred to the newly formed US subsidiary, where he held a senior position in business development while simultaneously enhancing the national brand recognition of established personal care and OTC products. Bridges developed and launched the first-to-market dietary supplement targeted at the growing "diabesity" category, which is now a leader in the burgeoning market it helped to create. His experience includes years of high-level dealing with the largest retailers in the US, including Wal Mart, Walgreens and Costco.

Bridges holds a Master in International Business from the University of South Carolina, which has been consistently ranked as one of the top two international business programs in the US. His education and professional experience provide the business acumen necessary to maneuver the challenging and competitive terrain of the American market.
